| Project Management Effectiveness Series Workshops When it comes to impoving the project management effectiveness, Project Centric Solutions has developed a focused approach. We have found in our work with more that 200 organizations, that technical proficiency in itself does not guarantee success. That is why we help our clients focus on developing the "professional skills" of project managment and embed a more client focused appoach to managing projects. Once our clients learn to address the client's needs (customer satisfaction) with their projects, they will experience greater success in bringing their projects in on time, on budget and according to the agreed upon specifications and requirements. Service Description Rather than provide exhaustive, "mind-numbing" classes, Project Centric Solutions offers a series of fast paced, grounded workshops that are designed to provide seasoned or novice project managers a sense of the professional skills needed to succeed. Project Centric Solutions provides two levels of the effectivesness workshop; a "one day" and a "three day." Effectiveness Workshop I focuses on providing key project management information and strategies that challenge and foster project management skills development. Effectiveness Workshop II focuses on the material from Workshop I but also provides hand-on review of your existing project management environment. This review results in the delivery of a brief assessment and areas for improvement document. These workshops are summarized in the next seciton.
